Who we are

Crontinel is operated by Harun R Rayhan. The service is available at crontinel.com and app.crontinel.com. Contact: support@crontinel.com

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, password hash (bcrypt)
• Monitoring data: cron run history, queue depth snapshots, Horizon status, sent from your app via the Crontinel package
• Billing data: subscription status. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see your card number
• Server logs: IP addresses and request logs (standard nginx/server logging, not stored in our database)
• Analytics: page views and clicks on crontinel.com via Google Analytics 4, only if you consent via the cookie banner

What we do not collect

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on app.crontinel.com
• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not access the content of your queued jobs or cron command output unless you explicitly send it to us

Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary: session cookie, CSRF token. No consent required.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 on crontinel.com only. Only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

Data retention

• Monitoring events are retained per your plan (7 days / 90 days / 1 year)
• Account data is retained until you delete your account
• On account deletion, all personal data is purged within 30 days

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Export your data as JSON from your profile settings
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Object to processing — contact us at support@crontinel.com

Data location

Data is stored in the EU (Hetzner or AWS eu-central-1). We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics — landing page analytics, consent-gated.
