1. Acceptance
By using Crontinel (crontinel.com and app.crontinel.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Crontinel is a Laravel monitoring service. We provide cron job monitoring, queue monitoring, and Horizon health monitoring via a SaaS platform and an open-source package.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information at registration
- You may not share accounts or use one account to represent multiple unrelated organizations
4. Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- The 14-day trial requires no payment method
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds except where required by law
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Crontinel to:
- Monitor applications you do not own or have permission to monitor
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Crontinel is not liable for missed alerts or monitoring gaps caused by service downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
Crontinel is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you by email for material changes.
